Refund policy

We offer 5 day return/exchange from the date of your purchase.

We have a 5 day return policy, which means you have only 5 day after delivery of items. Delivery date would be taken from courier team website. To claim return opening video of parcel without any stop or cut is mandatory, any case without opening video will not be accepted. For reasons such as I didn't like it or it doesn't suit me wont be accepted only case of transit damage or wrong product are welcome.

To be eligible for a return, Product must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label(If courier service is available there , applies to Domestic parcel only ), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Take a opening video mandatory.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or Deal price products.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your amount will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
